At Alwann, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your towel purchase, we're here to help with our simple return and refund process.
Returns:
- You may return your towel(s) within 14Â days from the date of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
How to Return:

- Ensure the towel(s) are securely packed in their original packaging.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided return address.
- After we receive the returned item(s), we’ll confirm the approval and process your refund.
